Peanut butter in shakes ?

who uses peanut butter in his shakes ? post workout (slin shot) too ?

Peanut butter in my shakes...but no slin. I like it.

I wouldn't go post workout with it, the fat and fiber will slow the digestion process. Other than that I use Natty PB in most of my shakes. Also I am not sure on this but I dont think you want to use PB in your post slin shot because it will slow down the carbs getting into your system, but I am not sure of this I have never taken slin and I haven't read too much on it. Sorry if this is wrong.

I use PB in my shakes but it's news to me that it's a bad idea post-workout. I'll have to remember that.
