help with westside routine
I'm currently on the WSB and im loving it, Im on the second week and im a little confused about speed bench and speed squat days. It says use a like 60% of 1RM on bench day for 8 sets of 3. After a while wouldnt it be pointless cause ur max will have probably gone up. I guess my question is when do u max out again?

I'm not positive but I think you should just increase the weight by like 5 pounds every week to make up for your strength gains.
