hey guys just wondering apox. how many sets/ reps do u do for each bodypart. i know smaller ones are differerent but say like chest/ back and arms/shoulders? and do u usally increase weight and decrease reps or vice versa? thanks

I do 2 worknig sets per exercise
no needot add voilume while on AAS you still need proper recovery
