simple pct question

Right now I'm taking 400mgs of cyp, divided into two shot a week I'm doing this for 10 weeks, the last four of which I will be taking 100mgs of tren eod. I've been taking roughly .25mgs of l-dex daily and will continue through the cyle and pct. This is my first cycle involving test (I've done one previous small cycle of tren only for four weeks with proviron daily). Question: For pct I was planning on continuing the l-dex doses daily and 30mgs of tamoxifen citrate (liqid nolva) for thirty days or so. I also have 40 tabs of proviron @ 25mgs a tab that I will be running daily once I start on the tren. I'm also going to be taking B6 @ 600 mgs a day split into three doses as a procaution. The last time I took tren, I finished with a mild anti-estrogen, and I've haven't seen any sides. What do you guys Think? Does this seem adequate pct for what I'm doing? I was also thinking of adding tribulus to the pct for a month or so. Thanks for the help.

The trib is a good idea. Why no clomid? I'm sure you'll recover with the nolva alone, I don't thin you need the dex thru out, dex recks havok on the lipid profile, be careful. I've never used proviron, but I've heard good things on it on cycle and for PCT. And to be honest, I don't see the benefit of using tren for just 4 weeks.
