First Cycle: Sust 250 @ 500mg/wk for 10 weeks

Just got done doing my first injection. I was so scared and so nervous I dropped the needle on the first try. I finally injected after about 3 tries. Each time I messed up I switched needles. It was a pain doing a glute injection. But I guess I will get used to it once I get a rhythm going.

Well I never did receive my deca so I'm just going with sust 250 at 500mg per week. I will inject Sundays and Wednesdays. I also took some liquid arimidex. It tastes pretty good. I might get addicted. :iconwink:

Stats as of today 01/23/2005:
Age: 24
height: 5'8"
weight: 181.8 lbs
Bodyfat: 15.8%
Blood pressure: 118/67 pulse: 79 bpm.

good luck bro. even without the deca ur gonna grow alot off ur first cycle...the injects will get easier. just make sure to EAT EAT EAT.....AND THEN EAT SOME MORE.

Welcome to the dark side! You'll do fine on 500mg of sustanon a week. Good first cycle.

Sustanon like your doing is a great first cycle. You don't need the deca.

Thanks guys! My left glute hurts like a mofo...I keep feeling on it to make sure I don't see a bump growing, so far so good. How long does the soreness usually last? I don't want my right glute to hurt on Wednesday with my left side side still aching.

the pain is different depending on what gear u have and everyone reacts differently, i was sore for a while. The first 2 weeks suck. and if u have any questions about injecting go to www.spotinjections.com

My first shot ever was Sust250 and I experienced some pain for the first few days. It will slowly fade and you shouldn't be too sore after future injections. Good luck.

one pointer...

the quicker you push the needle in, the less pain you have. then push the plunger slowly to to inject the juice. your good to go. try it that way and see. you will have different folks telling you their way is right or the best. but just try to see what works for you.

thats exactly what i do

Thats right, and make sure your using a 1.5 inch needle and go almost all the way in the glute. If you don't go deep enough youll get the bumps and will be painfull. I use 23 gauge on the glutes.

I used a 23 AWG x 1.5 inch. I'm just being a ***** right now. I'll get used to it. I just hate walking funny!

the pains probably because of the prop in the sust..also your body will get used to the gear and it will most likely stop getting as sore...good luck bro

Depends too on what brand of sust you are using. I used Karachi during my last cycle, and no pain whatsoever.

Did my 2nd injection this past Wednesday morning in my right glute. No pain what so ever. My left side finally stopped hurting like around noon. It feels good to be pain free. I guess my body is used to it. Or it could be that my hands weren't shaking while injecting this time. I can't wait until I start seeing results! For some reason I feel really hot all day long. And I have a stuffy nose from out of nowhere. I also feel tired and want to sleep all day. Is this part of the Sustanon flu I hear people talk about?

Sounds like sust flu...from the propionate
