Prop/Enan/EQ/Winny Cycle

STARTED JAN. 3, 2005


Weeks 1-4
TEST PROP 125mg EOD

Weeks 1-12
EQ (250mg)--- 500mg EW Monday and Thursday

Weeks 1-13
TEST Enanthate (250mg) --- 500mg EW Monday and Thursday

Weeks 11-14 (4 weeks)
WINSTROL 50mg ED (tabs) 10mg tabs split throughout the day


Weeks 15(start on Thursday), 16, 17 & into the middle of Week 18
CLOMID - 2 Weeks after last shot of Test Enan.
300mg ---- day 1
100mg----- days 2-11
50mg -----days 12-21


Weeks 2 – about 17
LIQUIDEX(Anastro) (1mg per ML) – ½ cc EOD Through clomid therapy


Weeks 5 – 15(on that Monday) 3 days before Clomid
HCG – 1/2cc (would be 312.5mg) Mon/Thurs shots
I will mix the HCG 312.5mg with the Test E and EQ in my Mon/Thurs shots

Mix the 5000iu with 8 mls of bac water and it will give me 625/ml
so 1/2cc would be 312.5mg


NOLVADEX – Only take if I feel symptoms of gyno. If I start to feel signs I will take:
40mg day 1 then
20mg/day until symptoms subside, then
10mg/day for rest of cycle. Until I run out of what I have.

I will have 60 tabs of Nolvadex on hand.

I will inject (Test E & EQ) into my glutes every Monday and Thursday
Sometimes I will inject Test Prop, Test Enan and EQ into glutes on Mon/Thurs in weeks 1-4. (3cc’s)

23G x 1.5” 3cc syringe with needle to inject in glutes

25G x 1” to inject the Test prop EOD into any other part of the body.

22G x 1.5" needle only to draw it up.

Multi Vitamin
Vitamin C 500mg
Vitamin E 400 I.U.
Vitamin B Complex-50mg ??????????
ALA 400mg (3-4 pills ED) taken before carb meals
Glucosamine HCI 1,500mg/Chondroitin Sulfate 1,200mg Everyday
Milk Thistle Extract 450mg – 80% Silymarin ( I will start taking this 1 week before starting Winny and stop taking it 1 week after finishing winny)

I WOULD TAKE THE NOLVADEX THE ENTIRE TIME ON,AND WEEKS 11-14 I WOULD HIT THE PROP AGAIN. IMO. BUT LOOKS GOOD.I ALWAYS USED LIV52 THE ENTIRE TIME ON AND A FEW WEEKS OFF.

This is just my opinion, so take it for what its worth, lol! I usually run ldex at .25mg throughout entire cycle starting at beginning and stop right before starting clomid pct. No need for nolva in this cycle unless you start getting signs of gyno, as it is a pretty mild cycle. Also imo, taking 312mg or HCG will do absolutley nothing, better to take it right after cycle two wks before starting pct @ 2K IU split. 1K on Mon/Thur. HRT requires at least 3kIU shot three times a week to bring up nat test levels in the blood, so wiht the amount of aas your on, and doing the hcg with the cycle imo you would be wasting it. Just do 1.5cc of what you have mixed twice a wk and run it the two wks before pct.

FUZO - thanks for the input but I am going to lay off the nolvadex unless I start getting signs of gyno.

mick-g - instead of taking .25mg of ldex ED I am doing .50mg EOD...same thing...I agree with you on the nolvadex..as for the HCG since it is a mild cycle I was told that taking 312.5mg Mon/Thurs (weeks 5 - 15) is all I needed. I was going to do 500mg Mon/Thurs but was told it wasnt necessary. I guess everyone has there own thoughts on dosing..

Do you really think it is a waste the way I am taking it??? Does anyone else want to give an opinion?? Thanks again mick-g

HOLD THE HCG FOR A MUCH BIGGER CYCLE...UNLESS YOU KNOW YOUR BODY AND HOW IT GETS SHUT DOWN.

Well since I already have it can I just use it the way I have planned??? Or will it be useless??? I'm thinking at least it cant hurt any if anything there would have to be some kind of benefit of throwing it in there.

I'm almost finished with week 2...not much to report. Put on some weight and workouts are going good. Just having pains from the shots. Looking forward for Things to start picking up more.

mick-G - I think you are wrong on your view on how I am taking HCG.
