Back Tightness
If you do gear, especially things like tren, d-ball and even high dose test, you will likely at some point suffer from back tightness/cramps. This can be quite excruciating and often stops people from getting through a full workout. Hell some people get it so bad they have a hard time just walking more than a couple of blocks without the pump shutting them down.
If this is you, one of your biggest challenges will be determining how much is attributed to the gear pump, and how much may be back pain/spasm from overuse. No need to tell you many people on gear overtrain excessively and often are on the verge of having a minor or major back injury quite often. If you are totally convinced that the back tightness/pain you are feeling is all because of the gear pump, you are likely to just keep pushing when you should be resting.
It is difficult to tell were the tightness is coming from often, and the only way many are able to differentiate is if they have done a solid dose while doing no lower back/heavy full-body lifts. Which for many is a situation that has never occurred. If in doubt take it easy for a couple of sessions and see if it is alleviated. No one wants to train light while on a cycle, but no one wants to get injured either. Be aware of this situation and you may save yourself a lot of grief.
