Egg for me. Mainly because it is breakfast time and Eggs and breakfast just go together. Know what I mean. But I also have outmeal in the middle of the day sometimes and then I use whey with it.
Pain
Just throw your oatmeal and whey protein in the blender and go to town.
Any protein goes with oatmeal. My meal before lifting is 8oz of chicken and 1 cup of oat meal. For breakfast i have eggs with oatmeal. Usally though some in my protein shacks too.
6 oz of chicken breast
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup skim milk
3 tb natty PB
and 1 cup whey mixed in after cooking is my usual breakfast
