Contest Prep Cycle.
I began my IGF today. I will be using the following method.
20mcg morning and 20mcg before afternoon workout. 5 days per week.
My stats are:
218lb 5’9” 9-10%bf
My entire cycle will be as follows

Enant 1200mg/wk
Dbol 50mg/day
Deca 750mg/wk
IGF 40mcg/day
Wk 5-8
Enant 1200mg/wk
Dbol 50mg/wk
Deca 750mg/wk
Slin 10ius’ 2x/day
Wk 9-12
Enant 1200mg/wk
Deca 750mg/wk
Wk 13-16
Prop 600mg/wk
Fina 75mg/eod
Winny 50mg/eod
IGF 40mcg/day
Clen 120mcg/day 2weeks on 1 week off
Wk 17-20
Prop 600mg/wk
Fina 75mg/ed
Winny 50mg/eod
Clen 120mcg/day 2weeks on 1 week off
Wk 21-24
Prop 600mg/wk
Fina 75mg/ed
Winny 50mg/ed
IGF 40mcg/day
Clen 120mcg/day 2weeks on 1 week off
Liquidex .5mg/day
HCG 500ius every sat and sun
I’m sure I’ll do a couple of changes throughout, but basically that’s the base.

First update.
I just finished my first week with IGF. I was so tired last Thursday and Friday. I'm changing the dosages from 20mcg twice a day to 50mcg only in the morning. I’m finding that by taking the 20mcg before my workout I’m way to tired in the gym. I don’t know if this will make a difference, but I can’t hurt to try. The pumps are great and I have actually gained 4 pounds and I’m just as lean as when I started. Remember this will be my 3rd week on gear and my 2 week on IGF.
My last try with IGF I lost 4 pounds, that’s why this time I added dbol and the Deca. I’m hoping to put on about 10 pounds in these 4 weeks. Normally I would say no way but will see if my high dosages can get me there. My strength is also going up, but that’s probably from the Dbol and Deca. I did 275 for 5 reps on a military bench. That’s the strongest I’ve ever been.

Today is the start of my 3rd week and I very encouraged because my appetite has gone threw the roof. I was waiting for the Deca, Dbol and Test to kick in and it has in a big way. My weight is up again at 224 and I’m looking pretty lean. I keep getting more and more vascular by the day. On Saturday I did shoulders and the veins were popping out all over my shoulders and arms. It was sick, but in a good way. I’m going to make one adjustment. I will be taking 25mcg A.M. and another 25mcg post workout. After reading Jonny B’s post I will give it a try.

that is one hell of a cycle!! sounds like your gettin good results though, keep on posting.
