Neversatisfied's 3rd cycle

Started today 2/02/03. 6 foot, 240 lbs. 15-20% bf. Goal is to cut as much fat as i can while maintaining my muscle mass and hardening up. I"m looking to go under 10% bf....I'd like to be able to see my abs for the first time in my life as i've never been able to get lean enough. So, after lots of advice from you bros, i've finally decided on my cycle-


1-2 800 mg EQ / week (frontload)
3-12 400 mg EQ / week
4-5 20 mg Methyl-1 test/ed
1-11 500 mg Test enth / week
12-15 100 mg Test Prop / eod
11-15 50 mg Winstrol / ed (orally)
11-15 25 mg Proviron/ ed (along with winny)
1-15 .5 L-dex / ed
15 HCG 1000iu x5 (end 2 days before pct)
1-15 20 mg Nolva / ed
16-21 Nolva Pct (60 wk1, 40 wk 2+3, 20 wk 4+5, 10 wk 6)
16-18 Clomid Pct (300mg day 1, 100mg for 10, 50mg for 10)

Considering running Primo at 200mg or 300mg per week for 8-10 weeks post cycle to help keep gains and carry me through summer but i'm sure yet (depends on financial situation).

for me in the past, it has taken longer for eq to kick in than the test so i wnated to try and frontload it to get it to kick in earlier

ok change from above-

i figured out that i would have enough eq to run it higher than i originally thought so i am going to do that. i've already ran it at 400 in a previous cycle so i want to bump it up to 600 this time around.

so everything will be like posted above except the eq:

1-2 1000mg eq frontload
3-12 600mg eq

day 10

i don't know if it is mental because it's a little early, but i've had some great pumps in the gym. everything going well so far.

oh...and i decided to frontload the eq at 1200 for the first 2 weeks. i didn't have the willpower since i had enough...

What's with the pct bro? Way too much, too long, and no need for both clo and nolv imo.

in my opinion, lots of bros short change themselves when it comes to pct....they put all this time and effort into their cycles and then they do a short pct and don't fully recover.

i ran clomid and nolva last time and thought it worked well.

and i have never heard any big negatives to running a longer pct...only negatives of a shorter one.

update:

today was the start of week 4 and things are going well. I think the gear is starting to kick in because my strength is starting to go up even though i'm dieting and doing a decent amount of cardio.

i starting my methl 1 test today so i'll keep this thread posted as to how it goes.

I'm down to about 232 and strength climbing right now so no complaints

today begins week 6-

down to 230

although the numbers on the scale are not dropping too fast, i look better in the mirror and i feel like i am hardening up.

tomorow will be the last day of methyl 1 test. pumps are amazing and strength went up even though i'm cutting.
