Currently I am 6' - 185lbs. - 9% BF
I have been trainging for strength and endurance until about a month ago, because I was a competitive cyclist, now I am focusing on BBing and gaining mass.
My cycle:
WK 1-5 Dbol (30mg ED)
WK 1-12 Test Enth. (400mg/wk.) - might bump up to 500mg/wk.
PCT: Nolva + Clomid
I live with a nutritionist so I have put together a eating plan that includes 4000-4500 cals a day. I am going to bump up the cals by 500 during PCT.
Did my very first injection today (1ml test enth in a 1x23 needle) - didnt think it would be so painless! Took the 3-10mg dbolcaps 5 hour apart. Ill post in a couple days once i notice somthing from the dbol.
i would bump the test to 500mg

Its only been 4 days since I started taking dbol and I can already feel it in my system. Ive jumped 3 pounds, but im not sure if thats because of my massive eating or the dbol. Today I did legs and biceps... I noticed a solid 20lb. increase in my squat and had amazing pumps. I noticed an increase in vascularity as well, even when cold.
I also did my second test injection today- bumped it up to 250mg, no problems there.
Working out has never been so fun- this is pretty awsome stuff, IVE BEEN MISSING OUT!!!

I had another awsome workout today, my strength and endurance is going through the roof. since monday ive put 20 pounds on my squat and 30 on my bench! When my muscles would normally give out I end up pumping anouther 3 or 4 reps! My weight is around 190 now (+5 pounds from 6 days ago)

Did my first quad injection today! I like it alot more than the glutes, you can actually see what your doing and use two hands to keep the pin in straight.
When does the test start kicking in and how will i know its working? Ive heard anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks so im not too sure. Will i still get the massive pumps im getting from the dbol right now?
Weight was at 192 this morning (+7 lbs.)
You'll know it's working bro once you come off the dbol. And perfect cycle imho, 5 wks of dbol is how I suggest.
Just weighed in at 195 today (+10 lbs.). Feeling alot thicker already and only a week and a half in!!
