I think it costs way too much, a mixed protein shake would proably work just as well.
waste of cash imho
Never of used it myself but from what I understand it's just another gimic and money making idea.

All you need is to consume a "slower" digesting protein source prior to bed, such as casein or micellar casein...or a blend of whey, casein & egg....= both fast & slow digesting...

If you are looking for a slower released protein (casein/whey blend) try any of these:
ProM3, ProPeptide, Isomatrix

I heard a lot of people claiming it's crap. Well, I haven't use it. I'm sure most of those people claiming it's crap haven't too. IMO, it should work a little bit better than a normal protein blend. But, I will said something that you'll never heard by anyone. MRPs are CRAP. Eat real stuff....... end of story. Protein should always be eaten in the solid form. Eat chicken. Eat tuna. Eat cottage cheese. Eat real stuff or go home. MRP's are waste of money if you can eat enough protein with your meals. If you don't have the money, then it's alright.
It's crap bro listen to the others bro.
i remember reading somewhere that if you look at the list of ingredients, its not impressive. also that the ingredients are not expensive, so why is the price so high.
i think its garbage myself. the way they advertise it, its like we wake up in the morning and lose 5 pounds of muscle. yea, right. another gimmick for the less informed.
