I had asked about how much milk thistle to take and when. Ok, how about ALA? I pretty much know when to take it (before high carb meals) but how much? I got the 250mg/pill from anabolical. Is 500mg enough? Or more? Thanx!

I read an article a while back that said that regular ALA (ex.) 500mgs caps from anabolical, have a certain percentage of (r)ALA
in them. For example the 500 mg cap is 300mg/ALA and 200mg/(r)ALA not in this exact range, just hypothetically speaking....Is this true? can someone validate? It said something about the ALA will not work without the (r)ALA.... I know that (r) ALA is the thing but what i really want to know is it worth buying the ALA from anabolical or should i just buy the (r)ALA?
How about NAC/b5 where can i get the cheapest/most mg's per cap/pill..??
