It's about time you threw those pics up here too. You're looking a little tanned in the first one and a little pale in the second. Something you've got to look into. ;)

Yeah - Pete said I haven't changed. But I would like to show him the marks on my left Biceps and me wearing my old shirts - tight! :D
A prioritzed delts and biceps and both blew up. Triceps did too - especially strength wise...
Actually your delts and traps look very improved...If you're pushing more weight and you're feeling good then more power to you....'cause that's half the battle we're up against.

You can see that extra little bit of bulk in the last one from over the month...looks like your chest is starting to see some seperation. Keep lifting hard, and come by more often ;)
