Well around the end of 2001, I started reading the 101 board and continued to read I have had a lot of questions answered and found lots of very good advice. I just figured its time to post some pics. They are before and after pics. Out fo 17 months I have gained around 30lbs. For the past 3 months or so I have been eating around 3500 cals a day trying to bulk up still. After July this year I plan on cutting down some.
I am 5' 7.5" tall
In dec, that pic I was around 160 or so,
right now 190lbs,
