First I would add test to that if you havent already. Up the deca to 400mg/wk for ten weeks. You could run the winny for 6 weeks 50mg eod, ed would be prefered though.Quote:

I would do neither.
You'll see very little results (if any) with this cycle.
50mg Winny EOD is a VERY low dose.
Adding 200 - 300mg/week Deca would do very little IMHO.
Like the previous responders said, add some Test and do something like this: (assuming this is you first cycle)
250-500mg/wk Test
200-400mg/wk Deca
50mg ED Winny.
With the proper rest and diet, you should see decent results with this.
Test should always be the base of every cycle. Why so low a dose of deca?
Why no test? If your set on NOT including Test, then this would be best:
Weeks 1-10: 300mg Deca
Weeks 7-12: 50mg Winny ED
Not many people are satisfied with winny when it is taken EOD. That is a great beginner cycle, that was used alot during the 80's..just remember that the deca will bloat you, so it might not be the best choice if your trying to cut. I would include HCG in there if your not running test to prevent deca dick.
Test is best though..you might want to re-think your cycle decision.

by the way, I think this would be a much better lean mass cycle for a beginner:
Weeks 1-10: 400mg EQ
Weeks 1-10: 250mg Test
I'm a big advocate for low dose's..you should be able to to gain a good 15-20lbs from a cycle like this, it's all in the training/diet/sleep.

yeah i am gonan sya fu*k it and add soem test...and f*k the winny too..500mg test and 400mg eq...
my stats are 6'0 20 yrs old..around 186...i will do winny ED towards the end of this cycle..thanks fellas for the help...
hey man I was the exact same as you 6'0 185 20yrs when I did my first cycle, I did 400mgs test, 400mg EQ, 35mg D-bol and then ended with winny and prop.
I gained 25lbs and 8wks after only had lost 5lbs if this is what your looking for I would go with a cycle like this!
