so from what i have read and have also been told the only two compounds that increase sat muscle cells are tren and gh. that means in a nut shell that own their own they can turn your dna on to create literally brand new muscle sat cells. all the other compounds work off of different mech. now the shitty thing with gh like you already researched is that it takes a boat load to get actual muscle growth kicking and we are literally talking about 15ius and then some. then on top of that the trade off is going to be that while yes it does make your muscle grow it also grows bones and muscle the exact same way. so in turn the side effects are horrible and change your appearance.
now for what we are looking for it is perfect. helps with skin, joints collegene production and a bunch of other good stuff in the 1-10iu ranges. it is perfectly suited for that and we worth the investment. a lot of the top coaches say that it is far better and more dramatic for us that are well over 35. less pain less body fat and less training issues over the long term. so like you have laid out i keep mine pretty much at 4-6iu year round. hell i normally pull it 2-3 weeks out from a show because of the possibility of a tad bit of water and this year i literally took it all the way up to the morning of the show. stayed nasty lean full and good to go. so i am def a firm believer in it helping and changing shit for us older competitors

all have their place, used appropriately. if your goal is mass with the gh why are you thinking about t3 and t4? t3 will eat up muscle if you aren't using a potent androgen with it.

T3 will only eat muscle when used incorrectly, at too high a dose for the individual using it.
Do not mean to contradict you but you are right in that yes it can but only if you are clueless.
T3 t4 with GH, ITS been so long it's hard for me to remember this scientific BS. Guns would know I'm sure.
T3 is not used with Gh necessarily to burn fat. The reason it's used is because GH affects the thyroid, again I don't know the exact science.

Also, t3 can be, I have many times, be used in off season at a low dose. I have even taken 12.5mcg and that's what I would use if I even used t3 precontest but I have unusual metabolism. Most would use 25mcgs to shuttle nutrients where they need to go faster.

My goal isn't mass BTW I'm 50 years old. My competitive days ended in 2001. I really don't need to get bigger. I'm using or want to use the GH for it's effect on injuries I've built up over 30+ years of lifting heavy weights.
Feels like my body is breaking down sometimes.

if you are planning on running the gh long term then absolutely need them. then again since you dont experience the same issues as most do with a lot of compounds then maybe not. at 1-3iu per day you can pull labs with thyroid and see if they are trending down. then dose dependent on the t3 or t4. like my other post normally all you need is 25mcg of t3 and or 200mcg of t4. what i have found with most is that the 25mcg of t3 will put both t4 and t3 back in range. the slin i laid out in the other thread but just like with the thyroid you can do labs or do what i do and use a glucose meter and check it multiple times per day including fasted. if you see it getting up into the 90s or low 100s then the slin has to go in.
again for those that are reading this thinking that it is a dieting or off season protocol it is not. gh will do 2 things to you when used properly. 1- it drives your thryoid into the gutter which is why we have to put in t3 or t4 to keep us in normal range. 2- insulin resistance and this happens even in a strict def with little to no sugar intake. it still happens, so to help with this we add in either some log or lantius to help keep everything running properly and smoothly. pretty much enough to keep us insulin sensitive and no metformin doesnt achieve this and it has been tried multiple times including by myself and it didnt do dick

I'm buying quite a bit 500 Ius but some is got my gf.
I was thinking of just 3 Ius a day or even 5 or 6 days a week.
Seems like that amount should do what I'm looking for it to do.
As for her she has gained like 15-20 pounds over the 4 years we have been together. She's 5'2" was 115 and pretty gorgeous when I met her. She's still pretty but she does need to loosecat least 15 pounds. She does not shut up about it yet she does nothing about it so I told her 8ll buy he the somotropin and t3. She's not going to exercise, bit because she's lazy get schedulebis hectic.
I figured just a 500 calorie a day deficit, only certain foods at certain times, 1 or 2 Ius GH a day? And I'll start her ob 25 mcgs t3 maybe go up to 50.
She's never taken anything like this before so she should react well.
I told her you do this for 12 weeks and stay the same just quit, you are never loosing that weight.

man, i wouldnt even do that. i would put her on ozympic and it is a once a week shot and done. no exercise no daily routine just one shot and bam you are golden. it improves insulin sensitivity and does a bunch of other really good stuff as well. it crushes appetite also which is a win for most people that dont have a ton of discipline in the long run. amino asylum carries it and so does a bunch of the anti ageing clinics. it is all the craze with celebs now so i can be hard to get a hold of but amino has it and so does a lot of other places. much cheaper and faster than gh and a better option for normal people honestly. hell i may toss some in at a very very low dose this prep to see if it helps me out any. you can never be to insulin sensitive

Wow, that's really interesting! It definitely sounds like GH is a more powerful compound than the others, but with a few drawbacks that make it less than ideal for long-term use. It's great to hear that there are alternative compounds that can provide the same benefits as GH, while avoiding the side effects. I'm definitely going to look into this more. Thanks for the info!
