I found some wal-mart brand protein powder at a scratch-n-dent grocery. Pure Protein is the name wal-mart also carries 5 star.
Are the protein content pretty accurate on these?

i just use truenutrition man. it's cheap and pure protein that;s tested and no fillers. if you add flavor to whey iso it comes out to about 11-13 bucks a pound.

Yeah bro it is just fine. The way cheap protein is cheap is it has more whey concentrate in it than isolate. Concentrate is what gives you the protein farts.Quote:
