Anyone ever use straight powder? First time in my life and many...freaking mistake lol. I was grabbing protein from true nutrition and decided to give it a go. It activates the gag reflex and I can usually tolerate most things. Of all the different flavors of protein I have, strawberry is the only one I can get it down with. P re workout also works but man you know it's in there. Trying to decide whether to just chalk it up as a loss lol.
I mix it in my protein. I can take it solo in water as well no prob. Want something bad try tudca by itself.
Maybe get some Mio drops and mix in a couple drops. They have a strong flavor and will mask the arginine.
i just toss it in my mouth and rinse it down with water haha. i do it with glutamine and taruine also. you want to talk about nasty powder for real. give nac and or gaba a try. it is the nastiest sulfer taste you will ever experience haha. i would do what jipped said though, try adding it to different stuff instead of tossing it
I just use the capsules lol. I'm a wuss when it comes to things tasting bad, so I use capsules for just about everything except creatine. I'll be dammed if I'm going to take a thousand capsules of creatine a day just to get like 4 grams. L-Arginine is pretty bad for me and Tudca is absolutely terrible.
