PRF injections today into both shoulders.

Platelet Rich Fibrin. Supposed to be more concentrated solution than PRP injections. First they draw a big barrel of blood from my arm and then centrifuge it to get the platelets and white cells to inject back into my shoulders. The doctor uses an ultra sound image to guide the needle deep into my shoulder joint. Yes, you feel the needle all the way in. Yes, it hurts like hell. So I had the injections a couple hours ago and damn , shoulders are sore as hell from the shots but am afraid to get in the hot tub for a couple more days. They say to not do anything for 2 days to let the platelets stick. Doc said in 4 weeks I will know if it works. No exercise except cardio and legs for 4 weeks. She said she is so glad I did not have shou7lder surgery because she thinks she can get it healed with one shot of this PRF. Cost me $1,000 for both shoulders. I have 3 torn tendons in the right. Torn labrum. PRF is A lot less $ than stem cells and its a roll of the dice but this torn rotator cuff has changed my life(torn January 2021). I would give anything to be able to train again like before.
2 surgeons who have seen my MRI have said ABSOLUTELY I need surgery on my shoulder asap but I just cant do it and miss 6 months of work. Cant do it. Nobody else is going to do my job. Ive been working a daily physical job in pain for a full year. It sucks, but thats how it goes. Some days the pain is unbelievable and I dont take any medication for it, not even voltaren gel. The only thing I do to relieve my shoulder pain is hanging from a pullup bar. I hang at home and at work. I've learned to live life in pain 24/7.
