Just saw a video on Shaun Clarida bulking up. I wonder if he's thinking of possibly going for men's open instead of 212? I think his weight is posted at 210lbs right now.

They call him the giant killer. I think it would be interesting to see him in men's open.
he has won an open show or 2. he is one of the only guys that is a top tier pro that started out as a welter weight and steadily climbed the classes and actually competed successfully as a pro. hell most of the time he only gets on stage in the 180s. what kills him is he is so much shorter than everyone else who are also short. he is strong as hell also.
i saw them talking about him a few weeks ago and how he hadnt ruined his look by adding muscle but chris aceto said if he continues he will get to the point where he blocks out and looks bad
I was wondering that too. I wonder at what point he would turn around and start looking worse if he keeps going with the size. I was looking at some pics of him at the expos and I knew he was short, but I didn't realize he was THAT short lol. 210lbs at his height is nuts. Curious how much more he could go before he maxes out. Different physiques, but somewhat similar situation as Bonac. Bonac is what I would consider maxed out. I don't see how that guy could pack any more size on that frame.
