I did it for only a short time. My RBC went sky high

I do B complex injects 1X a wk. I think it gives me a little energy and makes sure I am getting my B vitamins.
Tried it a couple times. Man it hurt like hell
B 12 shots that hurt? No way unless I have to. I eat brewers yeast ed for b. I try to reduce my shots since Ive injected myself over a few thousand times with GEAR and my injection sites are scared up like an old leather baseball glove ! lol
