So the wife started her journey to the stage about 6 months ago. We hired a trainer and got her started. She wasn't happy and has wanted to try competing for a while. She was strong and worked hard but diet was the issue. She also has a spinal cord stimulator to block pain to her knee she's had 3 surgeries on. shit man that's awesome her upper body came in perfect and i am sure you spoke with the judges and the only thing lacking is tightening up the lower body without getting it bodybuilder lean
