“Cases of type 2 diabetes among children more than doubled during the coronavirus pandemic, research finds”-In the long run, The lockdowns from covid 19 will end up killing way more people than the virus killed. And the destruction of kids lives was the worst of it. Then you have the food and drug industry that dont care if kids get diabetes because there is a shit load of money to be made in treating diabetes. Diabetes treatments last for a lifetime and the drug companies love those kinds of patients. Most diabetes is preventable but they dont want anyone to know that. Diabetes is a cash cow for the drug makers, the more the merrier.

my youngest isnt going to have any issues well at least till he leaves. he gets killed on the daily in the gym with me sometimes 2x per day and he eats exactly like i do. same foods same time every day. i do give him treats and plus ups on with pastries and such when he has football practice also but it isnt on a daily basis. he is going to be a beast.

my oldest on the other hand cant keep junk food out of her mouth and is not active at all. i keep trying to teach her that metabolic damage diabetes and all the other issues from eating that way and not being active stick with you for life. she doesnt listen at all but since she is an adult what can you do
