Diego Sanchez has been taken by this stupid coach Fabia and is being damaged by him. He for sure has CTE from all his battles. This will defiantly exacerbate that and make it worse. If they do this once or twice a week plus sparring, Diego will be mushmouth in 10 years instead of 15 years. (That is a reference to the old Fat Albert cartoon you young uns don't know about)

so you are telling me that hanging upside down with all the blood rushing into your head and then being hit is a bad thing? never seen anything like this before and dont need to see any science to know that it is absolutely positively retarded.
side note, i am aware that you can body harden/deaden your nerves in various areas of your body but i am almost 100% sure you cant do the same thing with your face and head.
