Finally listening to my body
Came down some on my dosage and lost a few pounds. I'm breathing a little better and I'm cool and ok not pushing the same weight zi have. I got 2 cortisone shots in my neck that took the pain away. But I know my shoulder has bone spurs again and I need them cleaned out.

Brother, when we get older it sure does save a lot of pain to do what you are doing and take it down a notch. Glad you are feeling better.

Me as well in my neck as well as in my lower back as been diagnosed with early stage degenerative disk disease and only a matter of time before the pain comes. Getting older sucks but still can make the most of it by adjusting training methods to reduce the trauma to lower back and my neck.

Well, you've discovered one of the simplest and basic tenants of bodybuilding. Every single person is different and until you figure yourself out you will never reach your potential. There is nobody that can take anybody else's program that worked for them use it and have it work for the other person exactly the same way. Any training program dietary program drug program has to be individualized. So good for you you have to listen to your body if you don't feel right it's telling you something.
