berberrine hcl works much better man. it mimicks the actions of metformin identically without the negative side effects

Back in the 90s chromium picolinate was a hot supplement that everyone claimed was helping to burn fat. I dont think it worked at all for fat burning but everyone was trying to sell it for that.

everyone says it mimics insulin but i never bought off on that at all. personally it is like a very very weak metformin type effect but like i said above you can use berberrine far more effectively than chromium or even metformin.

Yep, remember Vanadyl Sulfate? Same thing. Back in the 90s everybody was going crazy for vanadyl sulfate. I wasted a lot of $$$ on vanadyl sulfate and it was a total scam

yep, we were all duped man. the young generation of today is doing the same thing now haha. at least the proteins and stuff are a little better than what we started with. hell damn near nothing they marketed back in the day was worth a damn until creatine andro 6 and a few others popped up.
