Current cycle question regarding Sarms use

It's been a few years since I've been on a cycle so pretty stoked right now to get back into it. Doing nothing big, just looking to lean a little out before the summer.

Currently just started week 4:
Weeks 1-6 Anavar 50mg/day
Weeks 1-14 500mg Test E
Weeks 7-14 Winny 60mg/day

Now my question is this, I wanted to try some Sarms.... Ostarine and Cardarine.

Would run something like this for 8 weeks? Maybe more?
Ostarine 25mg/day in the am
Cardarine 20mg/day 1hr before workouts.

So when do you think is a good time I can start this after my current cycle im on? As I have heard some mixed reviews regarding Ostarine and Cardarine that you don't really need to do a PCT with? If this is true could I start it anytime or wait 4 weeks after my cycle, get my lab results, then start from there?

I would still do a 6 week PCT after cycle, 2 weeks to clear then start your PCT. then do that 4 weeks and start the SARMS.

As for timing of sarms, both cardarine and osterine have long half lives. 18-24 hours if I remember correctly. so take them whenever. I just took mine in the morning and trained at 4 pm to 7 pm.

I do an abbreviated PCT after I do SARMs. Nothing big just wait a week (no esters to linger) do clomid or nolva for 2 at lower doses than I would with gear.
