Xtreem Coutour

I was in the gym. Saw this small guy doing what I consider shaping exercise. I thought to myself why does he not do bulking movements to get size. A friend of his and mine (I didn't know the other guy) Came in talked to him and then me. I asked what was he doing? My friend said he moved to Vegas and a member of Xtreem Coutour and just back home for a visit.
Now I know do not judge others training methods unless they do something dangerous

Yeah yeah dirt. It has been years but I have had that happen once or twice. Mostly personal trainers coming around asking if I want a free training session. They say, "Hey bro, I bet we can put good mass on you in a month if you sign up with me."

I have to tell em I do not want mass or slow twitch muscles for grinding through heavy lifts. They get all confused.
