i havent missed a session during this nightmare since a friend of mine owns his own facility. we arent required to wear a mask at the main facilities i go to but the base facilities require one while you come in and when you are done with your set. all the gyms are during daily or weekly sanitization on the facilities and base does them every single day. i am like you, i wipe down all the equipment before and after i use it and use sanitizer religiously. i also try to maintain distance between anyone i am talking to even close friends of mine. we had a huge uptick in cases in our county, so you really never know, esp my buddies that are still on active duty.
funny thing about the whole situation with the military is, they went back to normal ops and the cases shot through the roof. they didnt blame it on packing mother fuckers in on top of each other but on guys not being responsible. on the other hand they put them on lock down for exposure and the fools have video game parties and go out into town even though they arent supposed to. an old training partner of mine is a unit commander and since they test on monday and tuesday and get results on saturday and sunday he gets the notifications in the gym. i was standing there talking to him he got 7 positives in under 10 minutes and by 20 mins before i left he had 10 more. all for a marine corps birthday manditory unit function.
so even the military is stupid

Thankfully my gym is open so I'm able to train. No masks required either, which is good for me when I'm lifting heavy. I always clean before and after using everything and try to be as safe as I can. Seems like everyone for the most part cleans and tries to be safe, at least at my gym. There are still the random dumbasses here and there that don't give a damn. I know several areas throughout the country are locked back down, so I'm thankful I can still workout. My area shut down for about a month back at the beginning of summer and it sucked.
we have an old dude at my normal gym that is all jacked up even before covid fired up. dude has been ate up with cancer for the last couple of years. anyway he loves to talk and dont get the personal space zone even before. anyway, when the gyms actually opened up, he rolls right up on top of me hacking and coughing all over the place without covering his mouth. telling me how he just got out of icu with some kind of respitory issue that they dont know what it was. i was are you freaking serious man and you are in here. back up please, i am no germafob but give me a damn break. you have been sick as hell and you come up in here coughing all over the place screwing everyone else over and passing around shit that they dont even know what it was. people absolutely blow my freaking mind and are selfish as all hellQuote:

Man that's crazy! Some people blow my mind at how ignorant and careless they are. There's a guy I work with exactly the same way. He came into work not too long ago hacking and coughing all over the place. He was supposed to be in one of my afternoon meetings, so I canceled it because I knew he'd show up hacking all over the damn conference room. I don't understand why anyone would even show up to work like that in a time like this. He disappeared later in the afternoon, so I'm assuming someone (probably security) made him go home. our facility is huge also and hasnt gotten to that point just yet. they did it after the first lock down. we have a 10pm to 5am curfew in effect now even though all the le in the surround counties and ours said point blank on the news they wouldnt be enforcing it. our gyms are all 24/7, so the manager says hey guys if you plan on coming in during curfew times we are going to dim the lights and please park in the back hahaQuote:

Yes, masks are making people way more sick. You transfer flu germs from your hands to your mask all day long. Flu cases are skyrocketing but none are being counted, theyre being called covid 19. Last year, this place here had like 50,000 cases of flu in 2019. This year, they had 3. But covid 19 cases are through the roof. Everything is designed to cause total fear and panic

Well, I do GYM daily but in the covid 19 when everything is shut down i do exercise in my home I have GYM equipment in my home not the complete sets but enough for me to do a daily exercise for my belly fat and maintain to build y muscles.
None of the gyms here are requiring masks or vaccines thank goodness. But today I went to get a hair cut at supercuts and the chick walked up all masked and asked me if I was vaccinated and If I had a mask, I said no, Im not vaccinated and I dont have a mask. She became hateful but said she would cut my hair and that she was paranoid about covid. I said no thinks, Im not comfortable with you cutting my hair and walked th efuck out
the media is a powerful tool, they have people scared to death. the media produces fear and fear is control. if people turned off the tv and radios, just paid attention to their surroundings the fear and control would go away. yes covid is bad. yes covid can kill you however so can the common cold, a drunk driver, a crazy neighbor or random junkie.. we have to all live with a multiple of uncertainties in life. ive had covid. most people around me have had covid. it sucked but the fear is what makes its so much worse. the hard core mask crew is afraid. i get it. but those same people often rely on others for safety and comfort, both those things dont exist in the hands of others.. we live in crazy times. i respect the hard core mask crew thats their thing as long as they dont try to drop kick my choices.

Me and my fam are over covid. My son had it the worst as me and the wife took my supp regimen and ivermectin. Our cases were very mild, no fever or coughing just mild lethargy, headache and some joint pain and tummy troubles. Really felt like I worked out hard then came home and chugged 4 beers. HAHA
My son waited until he was coughing and pretty sick and his work sent him to get tested, he thought it was allergies as they have been BAD. As soon as I dosed him he got better within 24 hours. Now he has a slight residual cough but feels 99% with zero other nagging symptoms.
All of us unvaxxed. Now we got that natty immunity. Hell two years of not wearing masks, not social distancing, being around people and now we get it?
