So after a roller coaster ride of a year my family is taking a long weekend and going to Orlando dec. 10th - 13th. We are attending an after hours event at universal studios. Club club closes to the public at 9pm Friday and Saturday night and just those of us who are members of the Orlando informer Facebook group and who purchased tickets get to use the park from 9pm-1:30am. Food and drinks are included except for alcohol. So that’s the good stuff , here’s the bad.
Right now my companies policy is that I will have to quarantine for 14 data when we get back. A few things I have going for me is I have 3 weeks of vacation time so I can use that and collect full pay. Since I won’t actually be sick or away the whole time I can get that honey do list completed before Christmas.
The hard part for me will be trusting the new guy who I have been training for a few months to help cover my clubs while I’m off. For those who don’t know I repair the fitness equipment, the amenities and some building relies for planet fitness.
I’m sure some people would say “fuck just tell them you guys are staying home instead of where I’m actually going” but I have the time off to use anyway so I might as well use it.
