LOL me either. I was watching a podcast with David Sinclair and he was talking about the benefits of skipping breakfast, intermittent fasting and such. Even if the benefits he lays out there are legit, I still just don't know if I could do it regularly.

I started intermittent fasting after i saw his podcast on the subject 2 years ago. I do not do it daily but I still do not eat breakfast when I get up. I am up at 5am and will eat about 10 am. I may start consuming maybe a boiled egg or such. Obviously eating a bowl of lucky charms or a waffle with butter and syrup will cause you to gain weight but low carb and high protein will be satisfying and should not increase fat gain.
