Great information!
The scheme is very elaborate, and therefore perfect for a beginner. I wish I had access to all the information you've presented back when I started going to the gym. I became a gym rat and wanted to be the best version of myself, so I took all kinds of supplements and pills. One day my body couldn't take it anymore. I got help to restore my muscled and gain the strength I had before. You should be very careful with what you take! They may have greater effects than you may expect!
