Re: Cauliflower in my shake
Oh man, I do not know about that HAHA. just sounds gross. If it tastes good then do it.
All cruciferous veggies are good for ya. I will just eat mine. I like the rest of your shake.
Avocado really makes them good and creamy. Never tried mango but when we were in Thailand, mango smoothies with fresh off the tree mangoes were $.40 each. I drank a lot of them. You get frozen mango?

I'm tellin you jipped... there is no cauliflower taste at all. Yes, the avocado makes it creamy, and thicker. If it is to ripe you may get a bit of a funky taste. I get frozen mango chunkc from Trader Joes but I'm sure they sell them at many other stores

i love me some peaches but mangos are way to furry for me. the taste and texture messes with me bad. i have tried numerous times and just cant do it. i think being in the middle east so often and for so long and most of their stuff is mango based ruined me with it
Re: Cauliflower in my shake
Guns, when I lived in Georgia we lived in an old peach orchard that had been subdivided and made into a residential area. Anyway we had several peach trees in our yard and my mom put peaches on our plate with every damn meal even when not in peach season because she and my grandma canned hundreds of jars of peaches. To this day peaches make me gag with disgust.

This frozen mango seems a bit different than fresh, and its not stringy.
