So true, studies have also found a link between "sugar loving" gut bacteria and strong cravings. There are neurons in your stomach that can communicate with your brain. Gut bacteria seem to be able to cause cravings.
Baby, sometimes I will be driving by Dairy Queen and they will have a new blizzard posted on the marquee. I will just glance at it and unconsciously think about how tasty it would be. Within 10 minutes I am craving a blizzard like a hippie craves dope!

Haha, I go thru a half pound bag of sour patch kids. I hate to think what its doing to my gut bacteria. Pure sugar
Hey fellas, I read a long time ago that L-glutamine reduced sugar cravings. I always use it when I diet (like right now, less than 10 grams of sugar ed) It does help. It is no miracle but I take 1 gram of L-glutamine and garcinia cambogia in the morning and it really helps.
I still have the desire to eat because I am bored but it is reduced somewhat as I am not crazy hungry feeling.
