I read bats have a very robust immune system due to the proximity they live in with other bats. It would be like families of tens of thousands to millions crowding in the same home every night and sleeping with your family members are smushed up beside you. If they did not have a good immune system they would die out quick.
Look at NYC. people are all in close contact and covid is real bad there. Come down south where people can spread out it is not bad at all.
