Hey everyone. I’m gonna start posting up some workouts I’ve been doing to maybe give you all some ideas or maybe you could throw some my way! I’m gonna post one workout daily. I use just kettle bells and dumbbells...
Today was this....
Warm up with 50 burpees...then grab your dumbbells and kettle bell
30 minutes...as many rounds as possible of
15 kettle bell swings
15 pushups (pushing up off the dumbbells)
15 lunges using the dumbbells
No breaks! This one is great for cardio and endurance
