Know anyone who has that Flu and how are they really
My homegirl told me a few days ago that she was diagnosed with the COVID virus. At first she just said that she was sick, nothing unusual, cough, stuffy head/nose, a bit of fever, but nothing outrageous.
Well because of what's going on she was tested by her Dr. and it came back positive for the virus.
Long story short, shes staying indoors, quarantined, and she said she feels better after a week of solitude and RNR. So, so far, she is taking it well.
God Bless!
There was one person in our building at work who tested positive a few weeks ago. Our building is massive and he only had access to one section, so that section was closed temporarily for cleaning and sanitizing. He stayed home for a few weeks and is pretty much recovered. He said he felt run down, fever, tired, had a cough and really stuffed up. Didn't require hospitalization or anything, just stayed home and rested.
Yohimbe, at my job, our facility , so far, has 16 confirmed cases of the COVID. I think there is more, but with the amount of time that the tests take, and the time it takes to gather the info and put it out, I think there's more.
But man all I can do is wear my mask, don't be around people, and keep things clean, besides that stay healthy.
A few of our cops in my city have it. Nothing big. they just stay home for 14 days past last symptoms. I do not know them personally but I have other buddies who do and they said it is like an abbreviated flu. Instead of almost 10 days to 2 weeks of coughing and feeling horrible they feel better in about 3-4 after symptoms set in.
Of course these are younger folk in good shape. (Note: this is what I am told and have no first hand knowledge of it.)
My brothers best friends grandmother passed away from it on Easter Sunday. We have another family we know that the grandmother passed away and now the parents have tested positive with the husband being rushed to the hospital Saturday but the wife is asymptomatic as of Monday. I haven’t heard any updates on them since. We also had the math teacher/basketball coach in our town go into the hospital for it. A week or so ago. We are only 60 miles north of nyc and not far from westchester and rock land which are two hot spots outside of the city. It’s been hitting real close to home lately.

im still working with large amounts of people everyday. the virus seems to be taking people out sick fairly regularly.. however me nor none of the people i directly work with have shown symptoms yet.
give it time one of us are bound to catch it at this point
In the beginning I thought for sure it was going to catch up with me. I service equipment for 19 gyms between the Hudson valley region of ny and all along the jersey shore. Being exposed to that large a group of people in so many different areas I thought I was fucked. Knock on wood I have had no issues and I didn’t bring anything home to my family. Since March 16th the gyms have been shut down and my company has banned all extended travel so I have only been working in the Hudson valley since that’s where I live. We have conference calls 3 times a week and on Friday it’s with the ceo and a bunch of the executives to go over where we are at and if there is any news of reopening and also how our business is evolving during this pandemic and what changes have been developed for coming out. There are still some details which are unclear and we have to wait to see how the government rolls out their guidelines. Things are certainly going to be different.
