If I didnt have a gym to go to. Thank God its good to know people who have gyms. I would of went out bought 1000s of dollars on equipment and my house would of been a gym and my wife would of lived outside in a tent. I just dont know how you guys are doing it without a real gym to work out. I bought this $20 ab cruncher thingy been doing couple thousand a day since I dont have my ab machines HOLY FUK

Well you may just have to sit , wait, work on some shit, learn to improvise and adapt. While many things, we are passionate about, seem to be on hold,...is it all our "passion" or distraction? A bit of both maybe? Take that rigid routine and change it up:)
It's been tough. I was able to scrounge together some equipment to make due for the time being. At least maintain my physique. I know there are a lot of guys out there who probably weren't so lucky. The stores are all bought out in my area. You can't find gym equipment, or free weights anywhere.
I'm right back to using my Pull Up Bar, Walking Lunges, and pretty much Push ups!!!
It does suck, I'll be the first to tell anyone, but on the other hand you have to find the good things about a sour situation.
I'm just being on some positive shit, when I really wanna punch myself in the face, but I know this will be over and for me, The Best Is Yet To Come. I'm going to fuck shit up once I get back into my gym !!!
I set up adjustable ratchet straps in my garage and can do dips, flys, rows at different angles. even biceps and one leg squats.
I live alone so my living area is my gym, I have a nice adjustable bench with squat stands, a chin/dip/leg raise, a set of Power Blocks, ab roller and some bands. I can watch a game or listen to some jams if I want to while I'm working out or doing Kempo. I gave up on the gym, mainly because I don't have the patience to wait for some clown camping on a piece of equipment to take selfies or chat. I get off on the energy ya know ? doesn't matter what shape you're in or age, if I see ya jammin' that helps motivate me even more. What sucks is doing Kempo alone at home over Zoom stream now. That's one of the reasons that made it fun, the energy, and being around other people who share the same ambitions.

YouTube has lots of different kinds of home workouts to do.
