I have many questions about MT2 - some let's call this thread MT2 101 (or for dummies - me!)

I recently heard about this product and am very interested in its benefits as a primarily a tanning agent. But also heard it promotes more frequent erections and also is an appetite suppressant/weight loss drug(?)

The only other things I know, was able to find out are the following:
1) it can upset your stomach but that will pass if you're about to stay on it to get to that point.
2) it's a peptide and can be found from a few suppliers (on this board) and generally costs anywhere from $25 - $35 per bottle.
3) each bottle contains 10 mgs in powder which has to then be reconstituted (I'm guessing w/ bacteriostatic water?)
4) someone was kind enough to pass along a usage schedule to me, which is as follows:

150 mcg Days 1-2
250 mcg Days 3-4
350 mcg Days 5-6
500 mcg Days 7-8
Then 500 mcg 1-2x's per week once desired color is reached

1, But need to know a few more things (ok a lot more!) before I even know how many bottles to order, exactly how to take and for how long.
2. 10 mg yields how many mcgs @ how many mls (ie 10 mls of bacteriostatic water(?) reconstituted into a 10 ml capacity bottle of 10 mgs of MT2 = one 1 mg/ml bottle of MT2 dosed @ 1 mg/ml. Right? If so break that down in mcgs for me?
3. So I have no idea how the above schedule (in mcgs) equates to 10 mg bottles nor how to reconstitute it (how many MLs of bacteriostatic water do I need to add to a 10 mg bottle and based on above dosage recommendation,
4. How many weeeks will 1 bottle yield:
5. How long is it safe to be on once I make it to maintenance dosage of 500 mcgs 1-2 x's per week.
6. Does it need to be refrigerated once reconstituted?
7. How many weeks/months is it safe to stay on without a break?
8. Will I need to tan at all (if so how often) or does it work without tanning and for how long?
9. How true are the other claims of more frequent wood & losing weight/ appetite suppresant?

Thanks to anyone that attempts to answer some/all of my questions. I tried to find the answers myself but there's something about suppliments that state not for human consumption that makes it kind of hard to find answers for about products as they relate to human consumption!

I love the shit. Ive never had the nausea from it that some people claim & Ive been using it for about 2 years. You do NOT need to go to a tanning salon ever again. One bottle will go for about 2 weeks if youre shooting ED, then I dont use again for 4-6 weeks. I dont really do a maintenance dose.
I add a couple CCs of Bac water to the powder. I pretty much eyeball it and wing it.

So you're shooting Sub-Q? And for initial dose every day you using about .2ml or 20 IUs? And that last four to six weeks then you do it all over again correct?

OK Dzone - I think I've got YOUR regime almost figured out. . . You use 1 bottle, which lasts you about 2 weeks every 4-6 weeks. You inject Bac water ED about 15 IUs per day with insulin needle sub-Q (based on 100 IUs = 1 cc/ml) which yields roughly 14 days or 1 bottle at 2 cc's per bottle reconstituted.

Again, based on what you shared, if the above is correct (please confirm), then the only other thing I need to know once you confirm my above assumptions, is whether the reconstituted product needs to be refrigerated or not?

Please confirm all the above and answer the last question about refrigerating or not so I too can slim down, sport a cool tan w/out fake-baking and walk around with wood like you too sometime soon!!!

i keep mine in the fridge and use half the dose as dzone. it made me flush and sick as hell at that dose. so i just use half the dose for a longer period of time and i do tan when using it so it kicks in much faster. that's just me though

Sounds good. Sorry for the delay getting back to you. Yes, Im not real precise in my measurements and I dont refrigerate but it prob wouldnt hurt. Its always worked. You might not need to use the whole amount. Use half of it and see how dark your tan is.
I was able to stop using tanning beds completely and have people always asking me how I got so tan. Good thing for me because Im so allergic to tanning beds that If I get in one, I will itch like hell for a month . MT2 has been a godsend for tans.

So then you use an insulin needle and the same amount to reconstitute (about 2cc's), keep it in frig and tan and shoot sub-Q in belly ED, same dose each time - about .08cc's or 8 IU's and it lasts a month or so? Sound about right? And no side effects but still works just as well - for you? Should I start at same dose or lower? And do you take breaks or every stay on?

yes on the slin needle and mixing sub q and fridge ed, always the same dose. no sides for me at all and even though it takes a little longer to kick in(which is about a week). i only run it for about 4-5 months and then come off. i do have friends that stay on year round and after they hit the tan they like they go to eod and e3d injections to maintain their tan. i only use it for show prep and could care less about my tan the rest of the year so i come off

Do you or your friends ever experience nausea or did you when you first started? Also, Is there a better time of day to take or doesn't matter? And finally, I'm assuming better results from tanning or doesn't matter?

Since I started using MT2 , I never need sunscreen in the summer and I am outside all the time. Last year I didnt get sunburned at all. Supposedly It was invented at U of Arizona as part of research to prevent skin cancer. Makes your body release melanin. Some people still tan while on it, but I never need to. When I am on MT2 people make jokes that I look like a mexican. "Why are you so damn dark?" is a question I get a lot. So ya, you might want to take as much as I do. LOL
I go off it in the winter for a few months. Once Im dark enough, I wont need any more for 4-6 weeks but sometimes I will do a 3 or 4 day blast if I see my tan fading.

i did at the higher end of dosing but after the first dose i cut way back and didnt have any issues. i do still get some flushing but it isnt bad at all with the low end of dosing. i prefer to take mine right before bed, so if i do get flushing it doesnt bother me as bad because i am not moving around. i think personally that it kicks in much faster and effectively if you tan with it. you dont have to but i do think it speeds up the process. like dzone says, you dont need any sunblock at all once you get a tan going. and he is correct it was developed to prevent skin cancer. the stuff works even for very fair skinned people that dont normally tan and just burn
