Melatonan users

How much should you take for first time users so you can avoid the sides .And gow good are the hard ons. How about a description on how to use

I tried, nausea got me though. I have read that if you split dose in half and start with small doses you can build up without sides.

I love melanotan. Gives you a tan in a week or two. Yes, its true about the hard ons too. I shoot 2 ccs of bac water into it and use it every day for about 2 weeks until its all gone. Wonder how much other guys are using.

How much are you using per day and did you have any sides when you started ?
