Cool read brother. I am a firm believer that gut microbiota effects almost every aspect of our health and well being.
I read a book (10% Human) about it. Everything from Autism to rheumatoid arthritis has something to do with gut microbiome. I take a mixed fiber supp daily. Not to help with pooping but to feed the gut bugs. When I am out of this for a couple weeks I feel a diff.
If any of you are interested, here is a link to the review of this book. I figure, the more you learn the better off you are inherently.I did an audio book and listened to it on my headphones at the gym or in the car when going to work.
