We have a fitness thing we do. If you sign up and can maintain your weight from October until January (We have weigh ins) then you get $100 to put towards your insurance deductible. I still have mine from last year. I weighed 6 pounds less than October!!!!!!!
Does not sound like a lot of $$ but when health insurance is involved it means zero cost visits to the MD.
Gained a couple pounds, but not too bad compared to previous years.
Oh ya for sure, plus being down for my surgery...
