I intermittent fast, been shooting for 3 days a week or weekdays I think I did 4 weekdays last week. My only issue is I get grumpy haha and sometimes the next day I need more food faster so I'm not on edge. Fasting definitely has its benefits but if I could do 6 Clean meals ide probably prefer that it is just harder.
