Time to start the year off with a Bang!!
Ive been outta commish for some time. Next week everything changes so i figured why not start up a food log for anyone and everyone to be a part of if they want.
I will try and log daily of everything im taking in , including macros to the best of my ability..
I may through in some nutritional threads also.. Depends how crazy i feel.
So to kick this off.
This is a salad mainly spinach with some iceburg lettuce and kale.
Carrots ,green olives, blk olives, broccoli, green peppers
And buffalo flavored tuna.

Worked 7a-11p Wednesday, 3-11thursday ,and had to be back this morning 7a-7p. Decided to stop and grab a few eggs for breakfast.
3 scrambled eggs
0 carbs 174 cal 18fat 21protein

Great thread! In an effort to work toward my meal prep goals, I made some of these yesterday morning.
8eggs
6 egg whites
dash salt n pepper
red bell pepper
broccoli (cooked)
scallions
a bit of skin milk
Chopped the veggies up
Threw it all together
Whisked it away
Filled the muffin tins
Cooked on 350 for 20 minutes
..did a quick kitchen dance
Boom! Out of the oven and into Fuzo's mouth
I didn't figure the macros, BUT I know it's all good

3 pieces of cajun broiled cod w/hot sauce over spinach with a side of rice.
Cal 342, carbs 22.6 , 0fat, 62.9 protein
