Seems to be a growing pile of scientific evidence that says intermittent fasting is one of the best damn things we can do for ourselves.
Agree Dzone. It is hard for me especially if I am training hard. My window is normally lunch at 1pm and dinner at 6pm with a snack in the middle. I wake up so hungry and and go to bed hungry unless I gorge or am keto. I find doing this while keto is far easier due to the increase in leptin sensitivity. I just feel satisfied with less and can fast longer if I want.
I can say for me, my body has less inflammation, I sleep better, and other than being hungry I feel better when I do IF.
