I hit legs this morning at 5am.
15:30 treadmill
Single leg leg presses superset with two leg leg presses 90x12+20, 140x12+20, 190x12+20, 240x9+20
Leg extensions toes pointed 50x13, 55x20, 65x18, 70x16
DB stiff leg deadlifts 60x7, 65x8, 70x6
Leg press calf raise giant sets toes in+toes out+toes straight just sled x10+10+10, 10+10+8, x10+10+10

I would but my gym closes at 6 and I get out at 7:30,
So that rules me out!!
But I’m doing legs on Christmas Day !!!

Ive been training at home for the past year but I might be one of those new January gym members. I like training at home, but miss the hell out of all the hot women working our at the gym. Maybe its just me, but I notice that kind of shit
I trained Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Small local gym was open both days in the mornings. I'm trying to stay on top of all this food the past few days that isn't on my diet lol.
