hey my brothers and sisters, has any of you all ever got bone pain and aches like you do before you get the flu.? i do not have the flu but i noticed lately alot of bone pain with aches. just curious if anyone ever got them after a cycle, just wondering. :nervous:

Nothing I can point at specifically. You said after cycle right? Maybe just hormones out of wack.

I'd assume it could be a number of things. If you were on a heavy cycle and lifting heavier, your joints and such could have taken a pounding. Especially if you've thrown in some exercises you don't normally do. Also like Uncle Ric said, maybe hormones out of whack making you feel bad.

Let me first ask , what was your cycle?
It may help us zero down some possibilities for the aches.
If It was with Deca , then I can’t say Deca with heavy lifts will help with the joints to lubricate,
But like UR said it may also be hormones out of whack!

joint aches but not bones. Might go see a doc. Bones should not hurt.
