I love peanut butter. I eat a 40 oz jar per week. I spoon it right out of the jar no bread. I find is quick easy snack.
I think it can gain you weight if you eat too much without exercise. But I love Skippy Crunchy Peanut butter!
Anyway, just try adding peanut butter to your oats, whey and banana. a good pre workout intake. good luck man!

i mix it into my protein pudding mix i make 60g whey iso 1/3cup cream of rice and a big table spoon of natural pb crunchy for texture. slow the release of carbs during training and tastes outstanding. if you like almond joy candy bars you can do 60g or whey iso coconut flavor cream of rice and almond butter
Too much peanut butter can be bad but there’s nothing wrong with adding it to oats or shakes or just eating a spoon full. Just account for it in the diet and your good.

My weight stays the same
I eat a lot of PB, when I'm on the road I keep a costco size jar with me and a spoon.
Try it with sugar free syrup just pour a little in the jar. A simple sweet snack
