I watched a Dr Rhonda Patrick podcast where she expounded on the benefits of both and how such a huge populous in the USA is deficient in both. I started taking 5000 iu on D3 on days where I did not get sun and 400 mg of mag and I felt better in a week.
I keep both in my supplement regimen as well. I think the vitamin D and magnesium I have right now are both the Now brand.
